When asked about their main concerns their answers may at first seem surprising.
The top personal concerns of millionaires revolve around health and financial positioning.
The health of their spouse is the top concern, followed closely by maintaining their current financial position, the financial situation of their children or grandchildren, and their own health.
More than half are worried about spending time in a nursing home in the future.
