If you have been to Brisbane recently, I hope you got a good look, because the next time you see it, it may be unrecognisable.
You see Brisbane is about to make the jump to become Australia’s 3rd World Class City!
I have been writing about these changes over the last 12 months and there is plethora of projects just starting to ramp up that has everyone in town drooling in anticipation.
There is a combination of large-scale development to our major employment hubs and smaller scale development to enhance further, the liveability of the City.
These projects will significantly boost our employment growth, our languishing Economy and demand for property will soar around these inner-city locations.
Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) has put together a fantastic video that sums up this transformation in 2 short minutes and it is spectacular!
While “Brisbanites” will be at a huge advantage over the next few years, there will be opportunities for everybody to benefit.
As I have written before, now is the time to climb aboard!
And I am not alone with a recent report from QBE with the assistance of BIS Economics, predicting the Brisbane housing market will grow by 11 percent over the next three years.
You can take advantage if this transition by buying in known and proven, blue-chip suburbs, where capital growth has significantly outperformed the Brisbane average.
You just need to find the suburbs within close proximity to these rapidly expanding employment hubs and lifestyle precincts where demand for housing has continued to soar.
Now is the time to act, as our City is changing… fast!
Our Metropole Brisbane team has noticed a significant increase in local consumer confidence with many more homebuyers and investors showing interest in property.
At the same time we are getting more enquiries from interstate investors there we have for many, many years.
